I joined the TATE to manage the Tate Online Shop ecommerce channel and to drive traffic, improve conversion and coordinate the Christmas campaign over the key trading period. 

  • Content management in line with key exhibitions & promotions 
  • Email strategy including copywriting, collating imagery & content 
  • Coordinating photo shoots including key Christmas lifestyle shoot 
  • Implemented site improvements to improve online experience and usability that led to an uplift of 45-52% in conversion 
  • Redesign of Tate’s Art on Demand service
