Sara Sweetland, a watercolour artist specialising in paper collages of folk art inspired flowers, was looking to create a website to showcase her folk flower paintings and collection of works.  

Sara wanted to create a website where her paintings would be shown off to their best and with the option to buy from the website in the future.  

Sara Sweetland’s paintings have been commissioned by individuals, historic houses and art institutions and she was keen to create a website where her work could be viewed and prospective customers to get in touch regarding commissioning a painting. 

I was enlisted to find the best platform, design the look and feel to create the best backdrop for Sara’s paintings and build the website. 

As well as designing the look and feel to create the best backdrop for the collection of paintings, I created a journal of stories and articles to illustrate Sara's wonderful background, her techniques, her passions and inspiration – all of which provide fantastic content, personality and truly bring the collection of works to life online.
